These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of every app published by David Levine Digital (“we”, “us”) and this website (davidlevinedigital.com). By downloading, accessing or using any of our apps or this site, you agree to these Terms. One set of Terms covers the whole family of apps.

What our apps are
Each app is a focused utility that does one job — see the app-by-app notes below for what each one does. Each is independent software, built by David Levine Digital, and unless stated otherwise is not an official product of any brand, platform or organisation it may refer to.
Licence to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use each app for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the App Store from which you downloaded it.
Acceptable use
- Don't misuse an app, attempt to disrupt it, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
- Don't use an app to harvest or scrape third-party services beyond the behaviour described in our Privacy Policy, or otherwise in breach of those services' own terms.
- Only share, paste or import content you have the right to use for your own personal purposes.
Content and accuracy
Where an app generates or displays content from things you provide, or from a public data source, that content is produced automatically and may be incomplete or incorrect. Always use your own judgement, particularly around anything safety-related (for example, allergens, food safety or cooking times). We don't guarantee that any generated content is accurate, safe or fit for a particular purpose.
Purchases
None of our current apps sell in-app purchases. If paid features are added later, prices will be shown in the App Store before you buy, and those purchases will be subject to Apple's own store terms.
Privacy
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using an app, you also acknowledge that policy.
Intellectual property
Each app's name, logo and design are the intellectual property of David Levine Digital (or used under licence). Third-party names and marks mentioned anywhere belong to their respective owners and are used only for factual identification where needed.
Disclaimer
Our apps and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of an app or reliance on anything it generates or displays. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that can't be excluded under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
App-by-app notes
Everything above applies to every app. The notes below cover anything specific to a particular app.
Cook This Tonight
A utility that turns recipe content you provide into a readable cook sheet. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any recipe publisher. You're responsible for using recipe content in line with those services' own terms.
Get This
A standalone shopping list. It also works alongside Cook This Tonight, but you don't need both apps to use either one.
The Second Tier
An unofficial, independent app covering Championship football. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any football league or club, and fixture, result and table data is provided for general information only.
