Before you email
- Tell us which app and roughly which version, if you know it (Settings, or the App Store listing, usually shows this).
- A short description of what you expected to happen and what happened instead helps us more than a screenshot alone.
- We reply from a real inbox, not a bot — it may take a day or two, especially at weekends.
Deleting your data
Every app stores what you've saved on your own device, not on a server we run. Deleting the item in the app, clearing the app's data in your phone's settings, or uninstalling the app removes it. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on each app.
